What we do
At Hydration Nation Ltd we specialise in providing high quality drinking water to all sectors and industries. We supply and maintain a variety of mains fed / POU (point of use) water coolers and water dispensers.
Our water coolers and water dispensers offer ambient, chilled, hot and extra hot water. All of our products are sourced from manufacturers that provide us with the highest quality products that exceed industry standards.
This ensures that our customers benefit from the latest designs and technology in water filtration and provides reliable high quality drinking water at the touch of a button.
In addition to our water dispensers and water coolers we also provide bottled Mineral water.
Hydration Nation water is sourced from a natural spring that draws the water from over 400ft underground, enriched with minerals deep from within the Sussex Downs and is untouched at source to produce a water of unrivalled quality and taste. Our mineral water is available from 330ml bottles through to 19 litre bottles with the option of lightly sparkling.
How we do It
Our employees are the key to our success. Hydration Nation is 100% committed to providing our customers with the highest level of customer satisfaction. At Hydration Nation our engineers, who are EPDWA qualified, are also our sales advisors.
We believe and experience has proved that by using Sales Engineers our customers receive a far superior service. They benefit from the friendly approach and knowledge of an experienced engineer but without the pressure that can come with a sales person.
From the first point of contact, to delivery, installation and servicing our customers have a dedicated Sales Engineer assigned to them and he or she will take responsibility for the smooth and effective running of the account.
At Hydration Nation we pride ourselves on our level of customer care and service.
Few companies if any will carry out works before 8am or after 5pm Monday to Friday. However at Hydration Nation we operate between the hours of 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday and between the hours of 8am & 3pm on Saturdays with NO additional charges.
For peace of mind Hydration Nation also has a guaranteed 24-hour response time to all call-outs for water dispensers and water coolers, there are no additional charges for this service when you have a rental contract or service agreement with Hydration Nation.
