At Hydration Nation we pride ourselves on our level of customer care and customer satisfaction and as part of our ongoing commitment to our customers we have developed a Service programe that is so much more than the standard 6 monthly filter change.
Our new service plan is called "SCS Care". The programe involves 4 site visits per year, which enables us maintained your equipment to the highest levels of hygiene and energy efficiency.
The biggest benefit of our SCS care plan is the SCS steam gun that is used. It produces a clean jet of steam that is used with an anti-bacterial agent to fully sanitise your unit. Steam will get in to the tight awkward areas that conventional methods can miss. Steam kills bacteria such e-coli, listeria and salmonella and it's environmentally friendly!
SCS Care Plan explained:
Month's 3 & 9 These site visits will take approx. 20 mins per unit.
Step1. - Exterior
An anti bacterial solution is used on the exterior of the unit to sanitize the panels and remove any germs, marks or debris. Special attention is given to the areas around the drip tray, dispensing nozzle and dispensing buttons.
Step2. - Component Checks & Calibration
All components from the installation rail to the electronic solenoids within the unit are checked and replaced if any minor faults or signs of wear and tear are present. The unit is then checked to ensure it is running at its optimum efficiency and then re-calibrated if required.
Month's 6 & 12 These service visits will take approx. 40 mins per unit.
Step1. - Exterior
Using the SCS steam gun and anti-bacterial agent to the exterior of the equipment is fully sanitized. Once again Special attention is given to the areas around the drip tray, dispensing nozzle and dispensing buttons.
Step2. - Internal
The SCS steam gun is used to clean the internals of the unit to prevent cross contamination when services the equipment. This will also improve the reliability and performance.
Step3. - Service
Water vessels are drained and a disinfectant solution is flushed all the through to the dispensing ports to ensure the whole system has been sanitized. The filtration unit is then replaced and the entire system is flushed with 10 litres of fresh water before a sample is taken a tested for purity.
Step4. - Component Checks & Re-calibration
All components from the installation rail to the electronic solenoids within the unit are checked and replaced if any minor faults or signs of wear and tear are present. The unit is then checked to ensure it is running at its optimum efficiency and then re-calibrated if required.
All site visits are attended by our in-house certified engineers who will complete all site registers on arrival and departure. All of our engineers are equipted with the latest equipment and carry all required health and safety and insurance documents.
